Visited on a tuesday evening, forgo the valet parking in front which parks your car in the front parking lot, and park myself 20 feet further back. Entry is still 7 in the evening, 3 during the day, turn right and the beer lady with the tub of beers on ice greets you to offer a beer. Turn left and you are next to the bar which runs across the place about 25 feet to the pool tables on the other side. At this point you can decide whether to hang on the main floor around the 7 dance stages around the floor, go to the small bar behind the main stage, or go upstairs to the left to the upstairs bar which overlooks the place. I like the owls viewpoint, so go upstairs to survey. 30+ dancers of all types this evening, I'd say 30% from cuba, 5% locals, and the rest from other parts of the US. On rare occasion I see an eastern european here.
Dances were the usual in chair dance. Do not expect extras here. 20 per dance. Sampled 5 different dancers, didnt really hit it off with anyone in particular, but I did enjoy my time, given limited expectations. --This is not Detroit, FL or SoCal-- but is better than the rest of US, IMHO. Some dont like this club, I'm not sure why, its my favorite in DFW, when visiting, its recommended. I do not recommend the 600 dollar champagne rooms unless you REALLY like champagne in a bucket with a sparkler.. rumor has it you may get a bit more.. but for 600.. not worth it.
Enjoy the view and the spectacle, and the beer, get a dance or 5, just be selective.
