Saturday afternoon was a bust

Had some time to kill on a Saturday afternoon so went to No. 5. I must have just missed there "power hour" lunch cause when I arrived at 1pm, the stage dancers came on every 30min. It took 3 hours for them to go through their 5 dayshift stage dancers. Of the 5, only 1 was above average, the other 4 were average at best, and gave uninspired performances ... which I must say, is not the norm for No. 5. There was no cover at the time, and the place was dead ... maybe 6 other customers besides myself, and nobody was tipping all that much so I don't really blame the dancers. I stayed around for one full rotation hoping that one of them would be worth taking upstairs but unfortunately, my money stayed in my wallet. The waitress was nice enough to leave me alone after ordering my first drink. I basically spent $8 and stayed there for 3 hours. Based on experience, the best time to come here is at lunch between 12-1pm when they have their power hour, which means they only have 5 minute breaks between stage shows, or after 7pm when their better talent starts. 1-6pm is quite slow, lesser talent, and a lot of waiting between sets.
