The Moon

I stopped by a few weeks prior and unbeknownst to me, there were some changes at the Moon (that's what I get for not checking in on the latest comings and goings on here). Cover was $12 and there was only 1 other patron on the afternoon I went with 3 dancers and the lovely Maya (no Dulce?). Place is simple, I don't believe there is a bar and I've never been offered anything other than water. The club's set-up is obviously unorthodox, in terms of how you buy dances with a "structured" routine (dances come in sets of 3, with 3 running ~$46), but you get used to it (although these days its not nearly as enjoyable). The sketchy, dark atmosphere and dancers more interested in your phones--I'd liken this place to a dive "strip" club--it's absolutely no frills and if we're being honest, a bit gross. Maya is an angel and one of my ATFs (she is as sensual as it gets)--highly recommend her if she is there. I've seen poor reviews but I've also had good times with Bama, although she is not nearly as accommodative and willing as Maya and Dulce. Overall, I just don't know if it'll continue to be heavy in the rotation given the less than ideal location and changes.
