Ye Olde Axe - Monday afternoon

I attended Ye Olde Axe on a Monday afternoon. The venue is at the top of shoreditch close to Browns - another strip venue. The lighting is a bit dark in the pub and it is relatively clean but the toilets are a bit rough around the edges (however that is not what you go for). Girls play their own music through their phone connected to speaker. Drinks usual London pub prices.

There were 5 dances when I attended on a Monday afternoon. 4 were Eastern European and one Brazilian. All solid 7/10 I would say. They wore lingerie with shirts or shawls draped over them to keep themselves warm (it can get quite cold in there). Girls were chatty but quite pushy when requesting dances. My advice is be tough and don’t just give in to first ones. I spent time chatting to a number before I decided.

Dances were £20 - £60. £20 was the basic with the £40 being touted as a naughty 40. Not sure what was on offer for £60. I had a pint which was £5. Usual London prices as I said above. The time I entered there was no doorman but when I left people were being charged £5 to enter. While inside it’s the usual £1 in the pot but stage shows are not as good as Browns. The girls don’t really want to be on the stage from what I saw - they are more interested in the private dances.
