First trip, but heading back soon.

I left work early on July 3rd and decided to check out a club. I did some googling and realized I'd never been to the Colosseum and I should check it out. I arrived around 3pm and figured that I had about two hours before I should head out so this would be a short visit.

Since I'd never been there, I was disappointed to see there wasn't any obvious street parking. $8 for valet at a time of day when I had no qualms about parking on the street. That's a bummer. No cover and a pop for $7. Not bad at all.

The room was decent. About the size I expected for a Detroit club but more guys there for a Wednesday afternoon than I would have guessed. I'd say there were at least 30 customers. There were two dancers on stage when I arrived. One wasn't particularly memorable, and the other had a lot of tattoos including some Mickey Mouse ears on her lower back. I think her name was Kayla. Gave her a tip and told her to come around later.
