Afternoon at Landing Strip

I took an Uber to the Landing Strip, avoiding the valet parking fee. The club does not have a cover charge in the afternoon.

The stage is in the center of the club with tables and booths surrounding it. The bar is at one end of the club and the restrooms are at the other end. Six or seven customers were sitting at the bar, and most of them were smoking. The Landing Strip is always smokey, although Michigan bans smoking in bars and restaurants.

I took a table beside the stage and ordered a bucket of beer for $25. The club has food like burgers and sandwiches, but I did not order anything today. The food is decent.
