First time back in 2 months

I stopped in a couple of days ago after being deterred from going for nearly two months just to see if things were going back to normal. I checked the schedule to see if any of my favorite Brazilians had come back yet but sadly none have. Nothing has changed about the bar itself ($30 dances, $5 cover/soda). A lot of the other regulars are still there, such as Jillian, Ruby, Rosa, Cameron, Mercedes, and others. One thing I did notice was that many of the patrons were going back for dances, nearly all of the rooms were busy and multiple times i saw people having to wait for a room to become available. Compared to last time i went when everyone basically seemed glued to their chairs this seems like a big step forward. I'm pretty friendly with a few of the girls that are still there so they were open about talking about the changes. It doesn't sound like the exact same PH of old is on the horizon but if the girl knows you and you've been a customer of hers for awhile, some are still very willing to lend you a hand. I had 2 sets of dances and one of the girls did offer but we had already talked about the lack of wipes and I wasn't exactly trying to walk out of there with a mess in my pants so I said I'll take her up on it next time when I'm more prepared. It seems like the club is trying to add a lot of new, young talent to the daytime shift instead of just having the regulars. Some looked really cute but I can never catch their names when the DJ says them and none ever made it to me I the dollar parade.

I'm still holding out hope that things will go back to how they were before but I now know that I can go and have a decent time, albeit with tempered expectations.
