Downgrading the Southside Paper Moon for several reasons. One is the attitude of the dancers. One in particular, "Poison", has a pretty poisonous attitude. If you tip her a buck, she will come over and give you a hard sell for a dance -- turn down her sales pitch, and she'll insult you or make a smart remark about the tip you gave and walk away. Beers here are a buck more than downtown, evidently because they are trying to discourage the mex/latino crowd that favors this place. They've installed an obnoxious neon light over the bar that floods half the room with brilliant blue light. It makes sitting at the stage an unpleasant experience. PM managers, if you're reading this, disconnect that friggin' neon light over the bar and I GUARANTEE you will get more stageside tippers. Finally, the deejay's and music selection recently have SUCKED. Oh yeah, and on weekend nights, expect about 90% black girls and only 10% white. Ratios favor whites during the week.
