So-So day at St. James

I was in town for business and my flight landed at 5PM. So instead of fighting traffic, I headed to St. James. It’s only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, so it’s a perfect pit stop. This was my 2nd visit, but this time I was sober so I can give a better review.

Walking in, as other have noted there is the main stage in front of you, with secondary stages on either side. There is a bar on each side of the main stage, with VIP areas upstairs. I opted for the bar on the right, as there were a few girls sitting there and a couple open seats. I ordered a beer and checked out the scenery. About halfway through my beer a tiny blond named Nina with huge bolt ons sat down next to me. She was actually a pretty good conversationalist and we chatted for a bit. After getting another drink we headed to one of the back rooms for some dances. She immediately took her top off and got to business. The dances were only so-so for me. I prefer a lot of physical contact, which she did some of, but she also did a fair amount of air dancing in front of me. I couldn’t get a good read on whether she was down for anything more, so I didn’t push it too much. After 2 dances at $20 each, I called it. Overall she was enjoyable, but not spectacular.

I headed back to the bar to see who else caught my eye, but unfortunately there weren’t any who did. I asked about the seemingly smaller than normal selection and was told it was because there was a pool party and lots of girls were out there. Bummer.
