Solid Saturday Night

Always a quality club, a go-to for me for many years. Good parking out of view of the street. Pretty crowded on a Saturday night, not many places to sit. Free passes can be found online at the dejavu site, but YMMV on whether they are accepted at the door, depends on who is working the counter and how late at night. $10 drink charge either way.

This is a pretty dark club with a kind of 80s Miami vibe. Hasn't been significantly updated in a long time, but it works. Typical strip club music, between rock and hip hop mostly. One main stage in front, you can get basically right up next to the stage. Secondary stage in the back is often better - less crowd, more interaction. Waitresses will occasionally bother you to buy a drink for a girl that might be talking to you, but they don't persist once you decline.

Dancers are generally white in their 20s-30s. Perhaps 20 or so on the night I was there. Proximity to local colleges means you'll talk to a bunch of them that are working on some degree, allegedly. Usually a couple in their upper 30s or low 40s, but not many. Girls are generally friendly, prices predictable. Generally not too pushy with dances if you say no, just be polite. $30 dances in the back, although a few girls will try to upsell $40 topless dances. Dances in the back are in separated high back chairs, in general view of the DJ stand, but not too close. There's a few private dance booths on the opposite side that seemingly aren't used much.
