Tuesday drop in to see the guys.

This is a delayed write-up from a couple of weeks ago. I went in order to meet up with several other TUSCL'rs including a couple that I hadn't seen in more than a year. I'd told them I didn't think I could make it so it was a nice surprise to see everyone. Got there early enough to miss the valet and in time to find a good corner seat next to the big VIP. A couple of the guys were already there and both were already engaged in full contact dances. A little awkward to shake hands but a smile and a nod served for the immediate hello.

As has been noted before, I'm a true "non-regular" now and only recognized a few of the dancers. I had to keep asking "now who is that?" The talent mix was about what is has been over the last year with my infrequent visits- mostly black and hispanic with a light sprinkle of white girls, very few cute spinners. Since some will wonder, I saw two of the Griffin girls I recognized, Midnight/Brooke and Jersey. Didn't get dances from either. Saw a couple of other girls I hadn't seen before that are my type including Daisy and a girl I didn't get to meet. The second girl sat on the couches for a good while.

I wasn't there very long so I wondered if I would get to meet anyone or get any dances. Not a big deal one way or the other as I was enjoying talking to the small group that was forming. By the time I left there were 4-5 guys with a couple of others planning to come a little later.
