Very sub par Henry's visit.

Took a trip up to Detroit on Memorial Day Weekend. Decided to try a few clubs Saturday. Some trips to the area are good, some bad and some mediocre. This trip was somewhere between mediocre and bad.

I tried three clubs this trip, Criket, Landing Strip and Henry's. Criket was a lot lower on it's scale than I have seen in a while. Landing Strip actually had a lot of dancers in the high looks category, and unfortunately also on the high ROB category. Bogart's parking lot looked dead, so I decided to finish at Henry VIII.

Henry's doesn't change, it's still a heavily smoke filled mess, even though the door does say it's non-smoking, I laugh every time I see it. This day was worse than normal you could smell the well over burnt tobacco smell even before you fully opened the outer door.
