I’ll do you one better. Why was the Spectacle? As in, why is it there? The place looked like a park n’ fight food hut on the outside, with a shiny diner look on the inside. That appears to be a thing in that area, since every club I stopped in before I got to Bar le Gentleman could be described that way. Had a regular bar at the far left, and diner table looking things almost like cafeteria style seating around the main floor. Green building. Diner-sized Tima. I think I said something else while driving away and my phone fucked up the speech-to-text translation, but it’s funny so it stays in the review. Small stage right in the middle, but nothing was going on because there was just one girl on the floor and she was sitting beside me.

The blonde bartender was very flirty older gal. Her English was great, and I almost wanted to see if she was down for something because she looked like she could break a dude in her prime. It was only an almost because I just couldn’t see myself spending any real time or money in this place. On the opposite end of the club from the bar were little dance booths. Looked like fun could be had, but seriously their only dancer looked like a bit too much to handle. She wasn’t ugly, but dammit I just have to be in the mood to try and take on a bigun. Looked like all the booths were over on the far right side when you walk in the door. They have curtains. Curtains are good thing.

$20 per song and that’s about all I got out of the dancer chit chat. I gave her my cheap beer because I was on my way out before I’d taken a sip. Tima wasn’t much for the English, and I was in French-speaking country so that’s not a foul. It just limited the fun because I prefer to be clear on what’s going down with sexy time before I vote yes. And while I'm guessing you can have some fun here, I’d just come from a place where I had a ton of fun so was all tapped out for now. You're not going to get top-shelf Talent here but the place seems pretty chill. Not sure if they had more than one girl, but I might have seen a second girl on the way in. With another customer, so that was a non-starter. Better clubs in the area. Pass.
