Blasphemy?

So I was back in TX. Been quite a while so I figured I had to go back to what was always my go-to at DFW.

Was a Wednesday night and parking lot was packed, nothing changed on the inside (decor-wise), same layout seating and tables. All the side stages were working as well as the main stage.

Big difference was (my perception of) the talent. I’m almost afraid to say it’s gone down slightly? I remember this being a place packed with 9s and 10s but seemed like the dancers averaged a 7 or 8 on this night. Don’t get me wrong there were a few 9s around but not quite what I remembered. I also didn’t hear any country music while I was there which was a bit of a disappointment- they were always good for sprinkling some in and that was part of the experience for me.
