Went on a Thursday night and was happy to see the talent had improved over the previous visit a few months ago. Don't get me wrong there are still are several 6's that are not my type, but on this visit there were far more 7-8's than on the previous visits. The dances are still pretty much standard for Houston. You can still find a few dancers that are willing to go the extra mile if you want that sort of thing. I prefer St. James over the other clubs in Houston, mainly because the hustle factor is lower here than other clubs I have been to. Cover is $7, beer is $6. Big main stage with 3 smaller stages. If you see a girl you like grap her for a dance. Many of the best ones disappear quickly. Also, many of the more popular dancers don't do a stage dance. So don't expect to see some of the best dancers up on stage. Good luck and have fun.
