Arguably the best, getting better

Even the most casual browser of this site has to have picked up on the near-legendary status of Follies as one of "best" clubs in Atlanta, and arguably nationwide.  Although it's the most-reviewed club on this site, for folks like myself that don't visit as often I feel ot's worthwhile to highlight some recent changes to the club and refresh the fundamentals that non-regulars should keep in mind.

For a majority of readers of this site, day shift Monday-Thursday is the optimal time to visit. I believe doors open at 11:30am, and the valet seems to set up by the time customers or dancers start showing up in real numbers around noon.  Personally I don't mind $10 to park, but if you're picky about anyone driving your car be sure to show up early.

Weekdays there's a cursory ID check at the door but no cover charge. You will get a pat-down from the cute chick at the metal detector so make a show of contributing to the tip jar if you want a friendly groping to set the mood for your visit. Once you pass through the vestibule the rest of the club is extremely dark, so give your eyes a minute to adjust if you don't already know the layout (I usually wear dark shades until I'm inside to ease the transition).
