Too Tame To Go Back

I stopped in the Silver Slipper on a Friday around 6:30 p.m. I live in Chicago, but I was looking for something a little different, so on a nice day I took a ride out to the country to check out this place.

The bar was roomy, clean, and reasonably comfortable. The stage is in the middle of the room, and the second story sort of forms a ring around the first, so that the middle is open way up to the ceiling. The second floor has booths with curtains where the lap dances take place, and also apparently more private rooms for the VIP dances. The dances, BTW, are full nude. I was pleasantry surprised not only that there were a good number of women there -- at least a dozen, even though it was still pretty early -- and that they were all hot. Maybe only one or two were below a 7, and several were higher. I've been to more upscale places with worse selection.

I tipped a girl on stage and she came over to chat after her set. She talked to me for a good long while maybe half an hour, before she asked if I wanted to go upstairs for a private dance. She told me she thought the price was $20 per dance with $5 going to the house, but that she wasn't sure. I knew she was wrong because the DJ had already announced the price ($25) a couple times, but I wanted a dance anyway so I didn't mention it. I don't think she was trying to rip me off; she was just unclear on the rules.
