Consistency.

I was in the Tampa area and had not visited the Mons in a while. Got there about 9pm on a Saturday night. Parking is free and plentiful that time of evening. Lot did was completely full when I left though. Admission fee has gone up to $22. Always ask what that day's "free name" is. They let in free anyone with a certain first name. That name changes each day, so ask the girl at the front. You might get lucky. And get in free. No alcohol served at the Mons. They do have a couple of women walking around selling water or soft drinks.

9 is a little early for the Mons, so the place was not crowded then at all. After 10, it picks up a lot. When I got there, about 8-10 girls with maybe 15-18 patrons. That was closer to 25 girls and 50 custies when I left at 11. The Mons does an excellent job of hiring a certain type. I didn't see any 9s or 10s on this visit. But every girl is at least a 6, most are 7-up. No fatties, none with gobs of tattoos. The quality of the girls is always very consistent here. They do tend to go for a certain type. Mostly white girls, slim, young. I like who does the hiring here but I have heard some complain that there is not enough variety.

There is no privacy at the Mons. All dances are done on sofas along the outer walls of the place. You will not get any "extras" at the Mons. Not even a hand job. They do have odd rules, like the girl must have one foot on the floor at all times. No kissing, no sucking on nipples ( although you might get away with this on some girls ).
