Finally decided to stop by here after they moved to the old Private Eyes. Man, it's just not the same. The old Flashdancers was almost an institution in NYC with endless taxi ads, it just feels like a completely different club, which it is. The best part of the old Flash was the lapdance area, which was very dark and hidden off to the side. Now the old Flash wasn't an extras club but for NYC always a fun time with friends. I've been to the original Private Eyes, and it was ok, served its purpose as a neighborhood club, nowhere near the amount of space and privacy of Flash.

It seemed like the girls of this visit were below the standard of the old Flash, or maybe it's because Private Eyes has always been brighter thus exposing the flaws of the girls. Still the standard East European girls with a few American mixed in, got a couple of dances and was just not feeling it. I miss the old Flash, where a lot of fun memories will slowly fade in that underground haven. I will probably not go back to the current Flash anymore, there's better options in NYC.
