Not bad, not good

Visited Hiliter during the luch break at a typical Thursday afternoon. The parking lot was only 1/4 full; not a good sign.

After stepping inside, I was not required to shw ID like some people complained before.It seemed not on consistent bases. Maybe it totally depends on bouncers mood?

There were around 25 girls working there, and almost the same amount of patrons. Girls talent level was about as the same as before, but a lot of new faces. Some girls were very active and asked around for dances; the other bunches seemed not into afternoon business at all; they just gathered around the two corner poles and talked to each others.
