Good time at the Reef
I usually get to Arizona a couple of times a year and have my choice of staying in Phoenix or Tucson. For strip club action, I find Tucson much better than Phoenix, particularly since the raids at Hiliter have quieted down the action there and Blue Moon developed a split shift schizophrenic personality.
In Tucson, my favorite clubs are Venom and Raider’s Reef, also known as the boat, as it is a boat shaped building, presumably a holdover from when it was a seafood restaurant long ago. My last couple trips to Venom have been kind of hit or miss, so I headed to Raider’s Reef. Cover was $5 and taken by a very good looking Hispanic lady. I asked her if she danced and she said no, her boyfriend had made her quit.
Once inside the place was crowded, but I managed to find a seat, albeit far from the stage. Drink service was quick and the waitress, Paris (?), said she also danced and could give me a good deal in the Champagne Room if I was interested. I declined. There were a Iot of dancers there, about equally split between caucasians, African Americans, and Latinas. Asians are a rarity at Tucson strip clubs, and in Arizona in particular, so it was disappointing there were no Asians dancing.
