I went after landing at IAH a few weeks ago. I always make it a point to go here when go to the airport. There is always at least one really hot girl there, and typically several hot girls.
I think it is probably top 5 club in the country.
My only issue with it is the smoke. There is terrible ventilation, so when people smoke cigars, you might as well too.
