Mill is in a down cycle

Club is the same. Good parking, clean and well kept. Stage setup is still weird and they have left Christmas lights hanging down the mirrors behind the stage so you can't see the dancers in the mirror when they move to the poles. Sometimes the Mill forgets it's a strip club.

$30 dances still suck. Songs are 3 minutes and dances are one way touch, light grind. The new issue is that a lot more dancers have moved on. Bye Stella, Mariah, Texas, Lucy, Jocelyn, Karmen. I've tried back rooms with some of the new girls and it's been lackluster. I've been going to other clubs so I don't leave with the sick feeling I get at millstream, having spent $300 for a room for a so so dance. Doing your research here to find a girl you click with is freaking expensive. I don't even mean for extras, just getting a solid room experience.

Other news, the old dj is back. Songs were fine but he was playing old stuff. Also, I was there one night when the manager decided to hold a dancers meeting from about 9-11p on a Thursday. There was one dancer on stage in turn every two songs but none circulating on the floor. Seriously, what the fuck? Primetime and you keep all the dancers in the back? Ended up being a cheap night for me and some dancer lost out on making some money. Was told the meeting was to teach the dancers about pitching their "dinner with a dancer" promotion. Good fucking idea. Cost your employees money because you're running a promotion to make money? Do that shit when the club is closed or slow.
