Mediocre Afternoon Visit

I usually go to the Men’s Club when in Charlotte, but found myself in Uptown with some time to spare so I decided to go to Uptown Cabaret. Parking a bit of a pain, but found a nearby lot. The club was not very crowded on a Tuesday afternoon, in terms of either patrons or entertainers. I feel like the club is starting to show some age and is in need of some rehab - same can be said of most of the dancers.

I arrived early afternoon and thought there might be some people/dancers there since it was close to lunch. Probably 5 spectators and a similar number of girls. I ordered a beer, watched some uninspiring dances and checked my watch - repeatedly. Got a couple “wanna dance” inquires, finished my beer and left within an hour.

I can not recommend Uptown Cabaret for afternoon visits. I have found the quality of the dancers at the Men’s Club significantly higher with a similar level of dance contact.
