A really nice club.
My friend and I drove down from Grand Rapids to check out Angels early on a Thursday evening. I’m happy we made the trip!

The building is kind of by itself off of a two lane road. It has a nice appearance, and parking seems to be relatively plentiful. We grabbed a spot right in front of the building and headed inside. A $5 cover charge for each of us, a contribution to the tip jar, and that was it! No ID scan, no pat down, no wanding, no dog-sniffing, no strip searching…just a friendly welcome!

The club is very nice inside. It’s basically a big rectangle with a wide, shallow stage in the middle, a bar area, and a good selection of seats to choose from. There were both smaller tables with chairs, and some larger booths along some of the walls. The dance area is off to the left side, and the men’s room is near the dance area. Speaking of the men’s room, it’s quite respectable! There were two urinals, along with one rather decorative-looking sink, which I had to wait a minute to use. I honestly didn’t even glance over to see how many stalls there were, but the restroom seemed clean, it had hand soap in the dispenser, and an actual paper towel dispenser too! Hooray!

My friend and I both got a soft drink, for a very reasonable $3 each. They also had food available, and my friend also ordered mozzarella sticks for something like $8. I’ve got to say, those are some damn good cheese sticks! But I wasn’t there to eat, so I asked a cute brunette about dance prices. $20 per song for a topless dance. Blocks of time were also available, at $150 for 30 minutes, if memory serves…

The lap dance area is fine, although it’s not overly private back there. The cubicles and rooms that I noticed all seemed to have beads for “curtains”, but it certainly seems fine for a typical lap dance. My dances on this night were pretty average, and both girls I had dances from were fine with breast and butt touching. They were also fairly cute, but there was no earth shattering connection to be made on this night…

In summary, I think this is an excellent club. Cover, beverage, and dance prices were all reasonable. There was a good variety of attractive ladies, our server was friendly and attentive, and I noticed no drama of any kind during my time there. The lighting also seemed to be just right, and the music selection was generally to my liking as well. In a perfect world, it would be great if nude dances were an option, and the music seemed to be a bit loud at times. But overall, I really enjoyed my time here, and would definitely return when in the vicinity…
