Thursday night at HK

I went down to the Hong Kong club about 315am Thursday night. The front of the club was still pretty packed, and it was your typical lively Hong Kong party scene. The girls were numerous, but not as attractive overall as early in the evening usually is. The back of the club was starting to empty, and the mezzanine looked pretty empty. This was the "start of the weekend " night, and it was busy but not extensively packed like Fri and Saturday nights usually are during prime time from 9pm to 3am. I did notice groups of guys coming into the club at this hour, so that shows this really is a late night attraction.

I took the shuttle limo back to the border at 5am, the Ped West border crossing. Being an early Friday morning, there were quite a few Tijuana workers going across the border at this time it appeared. The line at the customs checkpoint was about 60 feet, and it took 6 minutes or so to get to the front. Once outside, I discovered that San Diego MTS has large buses shuttling all these workers over to the border Trolley station 2/3 mile away at 530am. This was something I had not seen before, and I did ride this bus.

THe HK club is well run, and quite professional. My experience is the staff is ready to serve you, be it the front entrance counter, the door men / security detail, the many massero waiters inside, and the hotel counter staff and room staff above in Hotel Cascadas. The HK club is currently open 24/7 I believe.
