Over several visits down Bourbon Street, I've tried them all, and nothing comes close to The Penthouse. Yes, there will be a cover charge, but a place this classy, it's well worth it. All the ladies were at least a seven and there were plenty of ethnicities to choose from. Very friendly and will give you attention as long as you want it. Clean bathroom and great bartenders. I'll be back again and again.
