Lots of hits and misses, but ended up just fine

Day shift is always a hit or miss situation. This day I was hopeful as there seemed to be a few more girls than typically there on a mid afternoon. Got my drink (finally) and settled in to watch the rotation, which was ok except for too much stage maintenance. Lots of the same faces with a couple of newbies, almost all of them swung by to chat once off stage. Had my eye on a couple but seemed to miss my chance when Jessica swung by to say hi. We've been in the back together a number of times over the years and since nothing else was working out, I said wth. She's a fun dancer and a definite pro with ways to get a little bit closer on the offer. Did four dances, was satisfied and said my goodbyes. Good chance I'll be back to say hello again in the future.
