Nice Young Dancers Putting in a Good Show on Stage. Downtown (High) Prices.

Club Wanda had table dances for $10 Canadian. A No Touch table dance, but it wasn't actually that bad. Was told that the 15 minute VIP dance cost 75 Canadian dollars. I kept asking if it was 15 or 50 minutes because I'm like what the ef? 15 minutes for $75...wait what? From there the price points went up fast. Was told that Club Downtown had dances, too, but it was dances with about the same prices. Club Paree was supposed to be a little bit more laid back then Club Wanda's and was just around the corner as I discovered later that night.

Club Wandas definitely looked like it was aiming for upscale, and had bouncers that did the whole walk you to a table and collect tips get up. The seating was comfortable, with little sections that did have a good vibe to them. The stage was kind of in an awkward spot, but I was put at a good table so I had a really good view of the show. Hottest dancer was young black spinner who did really really well on stage, but immediately got pulled to a table with a group full of dudes. No worries because I really wasn't looking to spend there anyway. If you don’t care about way overpaying for less fun than you’d get with a short drive out of town, this place could work. If I was stuck downtown with no car, this might be a place I’d give another look just to have a look at the talent.
