Dinner and Dessert

I was driving down I95 on my way to South Florida in the evening, saw a billboard for Rachels, and figured Id give it a try. The place is very big and upscale. No entry fee, but I tipped the front hostess $10. They have a dining area off the floor to the left when you come in, for those just focusing on dinner, though Im not sure why one would do that? The room is quite huge with a main stage dancing area and two smaller poles on either side of the main area, and a large bar running along the back side of the room. Small VIP areas off to the left when you come in, and private rooms upstairs (which I did not see but was told they were large and private for large or small parties).

I chose to sit at a small table near one of the small dance floors. The hostess and bar girl were both really friendly and cute. I ordered a $40 16oz ribeye steak, wasnt drinking. One dancer approached immediately, quite young and attractive and clearly a veteran. We talked for a second, her name was Anya, she was visiting from Toronto where she dances at the Brass Rail, and was there to support her cousin who was dancing for the first time. We talked for a second, but she could tell I was getting settled so she moved on. Another older Eastern European girl came up, not as attractive, not as experienced, but could tell immediately the mileage might be higher. But again I wanted a moment, so made it clear I wasnt interested.

I settled in, got my food, started eating and enjoying the view. Lots of dancers of mixed ethnicities, all pretty hot and pretty talented at dancing. I saw Anya sitting nearby, we caught eyes, and I waved her over. She came back to my table, and I asked if she would keep me company while I ate, I bought her a drink ($12 tequila and soda). We chatted for a while, she was a total pro. She's been dancing for 9 years, traveled to different places. She was very engaged, lots of hand contact not pushing the mileage but definitely piqued my interest. I told her I wanted a private dance for dessert; she was heading to the main stage and we agreed to connect afterward.
