Hadn't been back in the Anaheim area in a very, VERY long time. And with the demise of nearby Flamingo (WTF??), I decided on stopping by Sahara. I had never really clicked with Sahara, especially since the prices were higher than Flamingo and I had some very fond memories of great experiences at Flamingo. Yeah, in recent times Flamingo was pretty much nothing, but anyway. So I stopped by on a weekday afternoon (I'm usually a dayshift kinda guy) and the atmosphere was kinda blah. As is often the case on dayshift, there was like one decent looking girl, but she was booked with some older guy. I was very much in the mood for a wild lap dance with a hot dancer, but aside from her there was really nobody I was interested in. So after about 45 minutes I cut my losses and headed to another club. Yeah, you generally shouldn't expect too much during dayshift, and this was no exception.
