Louie's is very consistent in being mediocre

After a lackluster lapper at Bobby's, I decided to swing by Louie's on my way home. To get from Bobby's to Louie's, just head south on Mannheim and west on Lake St. in around 5 minutes or so.

Louie's is a tiny place with woefully inadequate parking. When the place is at all busy, you have to double park and then be attentive to move your car if someone in front of you wants to leave. With as dead as Bobby's was, my expectations were quite low. To my surprise, Louie's was packed. There were over 20 dudes on the place and around 8 women. While the music and the clientele was decidedly Hispanic, I never felt uncomfortable or unwanted.

I wound up enjoying a barside lapper from the cutest little Hispanic gal with perfect teeth. I mean perfect. She was young and giggly and friendly and talkative and delightful. I wish I could remember her name. Unfortunately, she changed positions often and junior just could never find his groove. Maybe she needs guidance or more experience.
