Pretty much a titty bar

I went in on a Saturday afternoon for an audition (auditions are Saturday at 2pm). Manager at the door had me change in a dark ass side room with a couch and mirrors. I come out and chat up customers while the girls ahead of me finish their set.

Still seems the same as when I'd been as a customer: full bar & decent menu. Not much in terms of tipping or customers, but it was early afternoon. Still no lap dances but it seems to be worth it for some girls because there's a low tip out compared to other clubs. I do my audition and while the male manager approved, the female manager working the bar says she didn't like me and refuses to let me dance. Whatever, part of the job. Male manager says for me to come back and audition again with full make-up (how? You had me change in the VIP room I can't do makeup in there).

A full face and long hair (no afro or natural hair) is expected to audition and work here. You are also expected to sign up for shift times and be punctual when coming in. If you're late you are fined or turned away from working. All of the dancers I saw were black and seemed friendly enough. Saw good pole work and dancing. No ugly women.
