Barely gets the job done

Visited on a week night, around 11. This is for Lace 2 over on 8th ave. Had been several times before with mixed but sometimes very entertaining results. But i hadn’t been for a few years so thought I’d update my opinion. Have to say it’s not an upgrade. Club is in a decent safe busy neighborhood but easy entry. It’s small and when you enter your in the bar area dancers sometimes come out to pick off new arrivals. The club itself had been remodeled, removing the two tiny stages to make one larger one with seating all around it. The attraction in the past was the wide variety off girls. Foreign and domestic. Full figured and thin. Natural and augmented. All ethnicities. Girls you could have real fun chatting with and girls without much going on. This time, the variety was way down. Maybe due to a weeknight but only about a half dozen girls. I was picked off by an older Latina upon entry and had a $20 lap dance with her after some uninspired conversation but wasn’t worth round two. Three more girls and three more lap dances but no real appeals. Good thing was that the girls took off without a hard sell when I made it clear one Dance was going to be it. Then jackpot - blond Russian thin and toned but great up top. Not much in the conversation or innovation department, but she was hot enough to warrant 4 dances so i could go on my way happy. Wasn’t worth exploiting VIP tho. And not much by way of privacy. No bouncers hovering but I kept hand contact to a minimum. But time to explore elsewhere next time in NYC.
