Solid Thursday Afternoon

It had been a while since I had been to the Mardi Gras, but I had a few hours to kill late on a Thursday afternoon, so I decided to swing by.

The club had received a small facelift since the last time I had visited, new tables and chairs in the bar area to your right when you first walk in, updated TVs and digital beer menus hanging above all of the bars.

The dancing area is still toward the back, with the same setup, girls on the bar-height stage with an area for bartenders to walk around and get your drinks. Approximately 6-8 dancers around, which isn’t too bad for a Thursday around 4, mostly white with a Latina or two. Ordered a local IPA ($6) and tossed some ones around.
