Forrest Gump's Box of Chocolate

Scruples is definitely like a box of chocolate - you never know what you'll get. I was there in the late summer and had a good time. Vibe was good and lots of women working. So when I was back in the area, I came back right before Christmas and it was night and day. There were only a handful of women working, most of which were not worth spending money on, and the place felt dead. I had a beer (they still offer good choices at reasonable prices) and was planning to leave as soon as I was finished. However, a well-built Latina who was the only half-decent looking one there came over. She talked a good game and was giving me a preview of the dance at the bar with her hands. I decided wtf. We went back to the elevated portion of the dance room, where she made good on her promise. It would have been cheaper at some of the other BP places for what I got, but it was first time it happened to me at Scruples. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad, as my expectations about the place are that is one of the clubs that tries to stay above the fray. Worse case, you will get a reasonably priced good beer but if you want to definitely make sure you have a good time with the women/dance/atmosphere, it's definitely hit or miss and can be a waste of time
