Beware shift change

After a few years away I stopped by on my way through town on a recent Wednesday around 6:45. As I entered, the door guy said no cover because shift change was about to happen which I thought was weird since I’d be getting to see two sets of girls now for nothing. The guy wasn’t kidding. I grabbed a beer from a pretty bartender, sat down at a bar that had about 3 other guys and watched as 10 good looking girls who were wandering around the club all headed to the back room at 7 and came out in street clothes and just left without even saying hello. I soon figured out he didn’t charge me a cover because no other girls came out. At 7:15 another guy came in and the same bouncer told him no girls had come in for night shift and he didn’t know if they would. After hearing that I left with a pocket full of money and a wasted half hour. I couldn’t believe what I’d just seen, but if I come back I’ll be sure to ask if there actually will be a shift change or just leaving dancers.
