A decent evening

I returned to Little Darlings recently during an overly long stay in Vegas, trying a Saturday night to see if the vibe was any different than my last visit (early on a Sunday). The club was definitely busier, but not as packed as I expected. The free limo was easy to come by (around 10pm). For the cover charge, they made me actually pull up the discounted-cover web page on my phone instead of just mentioning it, but then let me in for $15 instead of $35. There's no alcohol here; my coke and water were both about $6 - very reasonable by Vegas standards.

I didn't have too much trouble finding a table until after midnight, at which point I found a place at the bar. Before that there were seats in several places around the club. Visibility is decent, but I discovered that the tables between the bar and the first small stage are an excellent spot to watch the performances. The near stage is right there and your eye line goes through that straight to the other stage. That's a bit further away, but still worth watching when a good dancer was up. The seats at the bar are similar, but I ended up on the end so it wasn't quite as good a double show as when I was able to get a table, and I find the high chairs less comfortable.

The stage performances were good. I don't remember any of them being extraordinary, but they were all entertaining. I had read elsewhere that on Saturdays they have a "theme night", and that the dancers strip out of costumes, or at least more elaborate outfits than usual. This didn't happen while I was there (until nearly 2am), and I don't recall hearing any announcements about it, so this may have been outdated information. Or maybe it was just a slower weekend of the season and they didn't bother.
