Annual Toys for Tatas (Year 2)

Fortunate to be in town for my second Toys for Tatas event, so had to stop by in the morning before my flight back home. After finding out about it, I made sure to go out and get a toy for the kids (bringing one gets you free attendance to the event). I stopped by the sporting goods store and bought a basketball. Figure these kids need to get outdoors and run around.

Doors opened at 6a, but I was told they wouldn't be serving alcohol until 7a. Unable to ignore my snooze on my alarm, I got to the club a little later than I wanted, but dropped off my gift at 8:30a and searched for an open seat. After standing around for a bit, a seat opened up at the bar. Love that the bartenders here dress in true holiday spirit and looked really pretty! One of the waitresses working is named Teddy and she's a very pretty blonde that I enjoyed seeing work the floor.

Was approached by a cute brunette and asked if I wanted a dance. Since I didn't feel like getting a dance on the hightop swivel chair, we found a spot near the bathroom, which was a terrible choice. People walking past, stepping over, stepping on, just a heavy traffic spot with a packed club. Got 2 dances ($10 ea) and decided to change my location.
