Has definitely lost a step...

I use to frequent this place quite a bit in the previous decade. It has always been the location with the "hottest" dancers in the area. That also comes with the moniker of "not-as-friendly" as other establishments. I've gravitated to other clubs in the time since. It has always been and still is BYOB with a free fountain soda machine (I've always liked that perk here.)

But I had a business meeting very close by and some extra cash in my pocket, so I decided to hit Dooks again for the first time in probably 8 years. The core of the interior is much the same. The room is huge with multiple levels. The dressing room is in what is essentially the "loft" with the girls climbing a long staircase to go up and down in full view of the room. (One of my favorite features here is watching the next dancer up slowly walk down the stairs; feels like a weird version of christmas morning, with the anticipation of the unknown...). Structurally what's new is what used to be a three tiered stage has been knocked down/together to just one large level. Thankfully, the shower in the corner is still there. It wasn't in use during my brief stay, but I have seen it in previous visits and it is amazingly sexy to watch a dancer lather up there. They've also added a "more VIPish" area just past the main entrance. The usual private dance area is there (open stall approach). This new area was a little bit more private and somewhat off the beaten path.

Checked the website and saw they opened at 5 with 2-for-1 privates until 8. This is the case on both Fridays and Saturdays. 2-for-1 is also offered all night on Mondays and use to be Monday Night Football routine.... Privates are $25 normally, with the "more intimate" VIP being $40 per. I believe more clothes come off in VIP (more on this later). What is standard in the QC area is your hands are free to roam (just no cookie), she'll give you a decent grind, and not much more. It's very, very rare at any club in this area to find extras. My only consistency in this department was with an ATF (after several visits) at a different club (she has since retired...boo.) But if you go in with tempered expectations, you'll generally have a good, fun night.
