still ok but agree it's trending downward

I visited Millstream for the first time in a little while and agree with some of the recent reviews that it's probably trending a little bit downhill even though it keeps a certain local charm.

You still get the neighborhood vibe here which is the best part to me, especially when they have it decorated for the holidays. They always seem to have a drink special going, on this night I think it was double pours of whiskey and a wine special though I didn't partake. They were also advertising for an upcoming birthday party for a couple of the dancers which was quaint and fit with the local bar feel here.

I am not a regular here but was still greeted warmly by the bartender and dancers. Stage tipping was appreciated and while they did try to sell lappers in the back area, the hustle was low. It is a topless bar as you should know, when most in the Baltimore area are nude.
