Floods won't stop me

Bad start to the day already. I arrive around 5 pm and figured I could take the trolley. It is pouring in San Diego. I arrive at the trolley  via uber and pay to get on. I am already soaking wet and we literally go 2 stops and they decide to shut down all trolley. However nothing is going to stop me plus it was the only thing and I had for my 40$ uber... traffic is so bad and flooding everywhere. Took me 3 hours to cross the border and nothing to call out here. It was easy to cross.

I arrive and immediately shower and get addressed. The place is still pretty crowded and I find my first girl.
