Club Rio - Hit of Miss, but still one of only two decent clubs in Indy

I checked out Club Rio twice around Thanksgiving - a couple days before, and the evening of Thanksgiving, for which I gave thanks they were open... ;-)

It's easy to find on West 38th Street, sandwiched between I-64 and I-465. Ample and safe free parking and minimal entrance fee. Once inside, the club is relatively clean, with three round stages, usually two of which feature simultaneous dancers. Padded chairs provide minimal comfort and the bathroom fails to impress, but at least there's no troll.

It has the makings of a decent club, but lacks sufficient oomph to follow through regularly. Like other Indy clubs, the girls do "dollar dances," both at the stage and your chair. It's a quick 30-second grind with boobs in the face. In most cases, PLs can slide a hand up for a quick breast feel. I usually tip $2 - great value. The songs are full length, and LDs are done on perimeter couches for $20, in a semi-private area for $30, and open/communal 30-minute VIP for $150.
