Where's the entertinment

I was here in the early evening, and that is probably not the best time. Sat and ordered a vodka, and the prices have gone up! Used to be standard price as you would expect in any bar. But now 25% more. Ok , the drink was not what I came for. I saw several ladies enter and go to the back changing rooms. My expectations were growing.

There were a couple of girls in the back hanging with what must be friends or regulars. Then they up and one of the girls dances and their friends tip and as do the rest of us in the place. Then the next girl dances and she gets some tips. Neither of them circulate to collect tips from the patrons around the fringe as is custom here. Then they retreat to the back and stay there. None of the girls I had seen coming in went to the stage. Nothing. I have my drink and order another. TV is not on, no dancers. Nothing. The guys next to me also bored. I ask the bartender about the girls.. He shrugs his shoulders. Anyway finished my drink and adios.

I have had good times here in the past, but this was not one of them. At least I escaped the cover charge; unlike the guys next to me, and they left before I did.
