Never again

So on a recent trip to the east coast I decided to check out a few spots, one of which unfortunately was Club Fantasies. It had some decent reviews, and in fairness I'm not familiar with the Rhode Island scene, so maybe it's all relative and actually is one of the better local options? All I can do is offer my first impressions.

So I show up on a Tuesday night just before 8pm. Parking is easy, but the neighborhood is a little sketchy maybe. They scan me through their metal detector and take my $10. As I walk in I already know that I've made a mistake... it's well lit and there's lots and lots of empty stage. I went to the bar and a few minutes later was approached by the only dancer that was working. She was friendly and chatted me up a bit, told me that it was shift change and more girls would be showing up but that never happened. I was already down $10 and a drink (maybe $6 more?) decided to get at least one dance before leaving. They had some kind of weird little VIP garden shed (don't know how else to describe it) but we went to do a basic $30 dance in a semi private area with leather chairs instead. She was trying to sell me on VIP the whole time, implying there might be extras. I wasn't biting. After a dance I cut my losses and never looked back. Next time I'm out east I won't waste my time or money
