Monday night strike out

Was in town late on a Monday night a decided to check out $10 dance night ant Henry’s. Paid my $10 cover, took a seat at the bar, and paid about $6 for a bottle of beer.

Looking around, there were about 25 guys and around 15 dancers, one on stage and all the rest sitting with various customers. The racial mix of the dancers was about 50/50 white and black, none of them were gorgeous, but some of them were at least a 6-7 and potentially fuckable after a couple of drinks.

I ended up sitting there at the bar throwing out a few bucks as stage tips to any of the dancers who came up on stage who I had any interest in screwing (about half of them), but no love for me. None of them even approached me and when each dancer got off stage they made a beeline to the table of whoever they had been sitting with before they got up (guessing their regular). I would have started to get a little self conscious, but it appeared that I wasn’t the only ne having the same problem, and it looked like a bidding war was going to develop between two tables of guys who kept increasing their stage tips in a fruitless attempt to try to get dancers to pay them some attention after their stage set.
