taboo is still just ok

Taboo is one of the Martinsburg clubs that changed management in the past couple years but it's still what you would come to expect from the clubs in this area. Hit or miss in terms of the girls in terms of looks, though they do tend to have a good attitude.

The ambiance is fine with no real frills but it isn't dirty either. They brag about having the largest private room in the city, but i'm not sure who really cares.

On this visit, I enjoyed some happy hour beers for a bit and chatted with a few of the dancers who came by to say hi. They all offered dances (obviously) but were polite when I declined. Of the bunch I'd say there were two 8s that led the way with mostly 6s and some below. I didn't end up getting any private dances this trip but have in the past and it's not too different from the other clubs in the area.
