The place was empty

The wife and I were on our way to a party and were looking for some entertainment and good food before. We were successful with the good food.

We arrived on Saturday, just before 6p and left around 7:30. The place was dead. Two dancers with lackluster performances were almost better than the empty stage most of the evening. Thank goodness there was college football on the big screen, with the DJ playing the crappiest, bass filled, body reverberating noise ever. Unfortunately, there's nothing more to say about the dancers.

Our waitress was cute and sweet. The food was really good. We each got a steak dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had a coupon for a free appetizer that was given to us by a nice bouncer on a previous visit. For some reason, we were denied the use of this coupon. Our waitress excused this by blaming the manager. Not sure what the real issue was, but we ended paying for the free appetizer.
