The Venus is back!

Veteran mongers know all about the past life of Club Venus. Pretty much a run-down brothel, featuring larger ladies. Located next door to the infamous crime-ridden, human-trafficking motel, now gone. I swore I would never go there again, but I heard that it had been remodeled and reopened. I was somewhat near the area, with time to kill, so I decided to take a look. I was curious.

First off, with the hotel gone, there isn’t much parking. I was there in the afternoon, and most of the spots were filled. Even have a new booth for the parking attendant! New front entrance, advertising that the Venus now has WiFi! The stage has been moved to the center of the room, adjacent to the bar, and it looks like all-new booths, carpeting — pretty much a complete remodel. Men’s bathroom has been remodeled, thank goodness. The former VIP area is still kind of there, two rows of booth benches, with tables, but much more open. I don’t see it being as “extras headquarters” as it was before.

Overall, the remodeling is a success. The other good news? Beers for $2! They also had a multi-page menu for lunch and it looked like they had a $7 or so burger special. The ladies? They seem like the lineup before. One of the white ladies was very large — largest I have ever seen in a club, and had a few PAWG ladies and bootilicious AA ladies. It’s all good. I went back to the VIP with two of the AA ladies to see how things worked in the new club. It may be a while before there it is rampant sex acts done back there, but I was offered some light extras and received some OTC stick-shifting. The only drawback from my visit was when I paid for one of those $2 beers with a C Note, I received at least 50 $1 bills in change as if I was going to make it rain!
