An Afternoon Downer
I usually stop in here whenever I get to Harrisburg, just to see if anything has changed for the better. Arrived today at 12:30, decide to do lunch, no dancers on stage, one sitting with another patron at the bar, three patrons total including me. Lunch arrives, still no one on stage. Finally the DJ calls one to the stage around 1:30, seemed like only 2-3 dancers on duty from what I saw. The one sitting with the patron disappeared for a private session with him, so now only maybe one? Now 3-4 songs between stage performances, not complaining about that, just an observation, keeps the spending down! At least one more dancer arrived while I was there, so now a rotation of four? Another went for a private session, back down to two. More patrons had arrived, and I am sure they were disappointed as well. Only one entertainer even came around to say hello. I guess I think if you are going to open in the afternoon, shouldn't you have an adequate pool of talent to keep the stage lively. The last time I was here, about three weeks ago, it was ok, so I don't know what is happening, just can't get talent from Central Pa I guess....At least the beer was cold and the bar service good this visit.
